First Wear

Everything you need to know about putting them on, breaking them in, and what to expect.

These aren't just any pair of tights or shorts...

They're hard to get on the first time

Don't yank them on like ordinary gear. Sit down and ease them up your legs—tights or shorts, it doesn't matter. It's a process, not a race. Follow the guide below to nail the fit on your first try.

They need movement to break in

They'll feel snug at the start—that's intentional. Stretch the waistband, engage the control dials, and get moving. With every step the support system adapts and molds to your body.

They won't feel like traditional support

No bulk. No stiffness. No clunky straps. You might question whether they're actually "working"—they are. They're built to feel natural while delivering serious support exactly where you need it.

How to put them on

Start from the Bottom

Sit down and gradually work the Supportive Tight up your leg. Line up the bottom of the cuff about 2 inches above the ankle.

Align the Knee Strap

Guide the cables up the leg and set the Stoko icon on the outer side of the knee, just below the kneecap. Do the same on both legs.

Pull Up over Hips

Ease the tights up over your hips. Shimmy, wiggle, and hop until they're fully up and the waistband settles just above your hips.
