Product FAQs
The Supportive Tights can be tricky to put on at first, but it gets easier, we promise. These aren't ordinary tights, so you shouldn't put them on the way you would regular ones. We've put together a step-by-step guide below to help you get the right fit.
Putting the tights on correctly is essential for comfort, fit, and proper support. Please watch the video linked below to learn how to put on the Supportive Tights and get the right fit.
Your Supportive Tights will feel snug at first. Our products deliver targeted compression for stability and improved blood flow, which makes them feel tighter — and possibly smaller — than what you may be used to. The Supportive Tights also have a break-in period: the more you move in them, the more the cables adapt to your body for a perfect fit.
Please watch our video below for a guide on how to properly break in your Supportive Tights for the best experience.
Unlike traditional braces, our innovative design means you won't feel any bulky restrictions. Instead, the goal is an experience that feels completely invisible. The Support System is engineered to kick in exactly when you need it most, while staying virtually undetectable during everyday activities. With 90 feet of high-strength cables designed to mimic your muscles and ligaments, it reinforces your body's natural mechanics while letting you move freely and without restriction. Don't worry if you don't feel any major sensation — that's the true beauty of the design. Think of it as joint support gone stealth: it works silently in the background, delivering reinforcement without limiting your mobility or comfort.

When you engage the Support System using the dials in the back, you may feel some tension around the waistband — that's completely normal. If you do, simply slide your thumbs under the waistband and pull it away from your body. You should feel the cables shift and the tension ease around your waist.
