The Supportive Tight provides adjustable medical-grade knee support designed to help you overcome injuries, minimize pain, and regain confidence to get back out there.

Engineered with 100 feet of high-strength cables — made from Dyneema®, the world's strongest fiber™ — the Supportive Tight reinforces the knees, hips, and lower back to help you get active and stay active.

Two adjustment dials at the waistband let you independently dial in a customized level of support and stability for each leg. Graduated compression works alongside the cables to provide stability and support faster exercise recovery. The result is adjustable knee bracing built into a comfortable, breathable tight you can wear across a range of activities.

Medical Contraindications

If you have any of the following conditions, consult your physician prior to use:

Pregnancy
Unstable or displaced fracture of the spine or lower body
Conditions exacerbated by compression or pressure
Venous thromboembolism, venous insufficiency or vascular compromise, impaired blood flow, impaired lymphatic drainage, or soft tissue swelling in the lower body
Impaired sensation in the spine or lower body

Sizing & Fit

Supportive Apparel sizing is determined by height and weight which helps us predict both the fit of the garment and the cable support system. By using height and weight, we can accurately determine the length and position of the cable support system which is not possible with traditional athletic apparel sizing.

Honestly, I was skeptical — I've tried plenty of products with big claims that only delivered so-so results, so I grabbed these on sale to test them out. I'm 48 and have spent my whole life lifting, playing sports, doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and kickboxing, which has left me with a few injuries, and lately my right knee and hip have been flaring up. I wore my Stoko tights for a plyometric workout this week and the support was incredible — my knee felt strong and I had full range of motion. I'm a believer now.
